Third and Fourth On The Left

David Chadwick-Brown said about the below piece:

1. Covered compote in yellow jade, 3348, confirms (to me) why yellow was a color displeasing to Mr. Carder.

Shape: 3348

Primary: Yellow Jade

Cover: Yellow Jade

Finial: Plain Pointe: Yellow Jade

2. The 938 vase is iridized blue jade, and while I have several iridized green jades, this is the first time I have seen it done on blue.

(picture of exact piece and color not available)

Shape: 938

Primary: Light Blue Jade

Foot: Flint White
