I think Gwen Stebbins might find an answer if searching for Northwood instead of Steuben.
This was made by Harry Northwood at the Wheeling plant. It is his Dancing Ladies Urn in Ivory with a Nutmeg stain. It was made as the urn I have shown, a hanging lamp, and a table lamp by Northwood. This would have been produced ca. 1915-16. Within a short time after Northwood closed in 1925 Fenton acquired the mould and made a number of items based on it.
The photo is from the book Harry Northwood: The Wheeling Years 1901 1925 by Heacock, Measell, & Wiggins, pg. 141
History On Reifschlager Gallery and Rotary Gallery
The Reifschlager bequest must have been given in 1981 or 1982; the Rockwell Museum Newsletter has a 1982 article on it. The Rakow Library has this newsletter.
