Alan,

In reference to Bert Kennedy's #3106 puff box which is shown in the Gardner book line drawings on page 244 in toilet accessories. These were used as puff boxes but also use with dresser sets as hair accessory boxes too. Some of these were also used as covered candy dishes. It is fantastic that the finial is in excellent condition.
